I was trained as a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher in 2015, shortly after settling in Barcelona. After four years of intense and constant practice, I felt that the time had come to take it to another level. I obtained my qualification RYT200 of Hatha Yoga at the Yoga & Yoga Barcelona Center, accredited by Yoga Alliance Worldwide. Since then I have continued with teaching and with my own studies on Yoga, trying to develop my practice in multiple aspects.
I was lucky enough to learn from teachers like Rocío Ramos, Vicky Kleiman, Leonid Kutuzov, Cuchira, Andrei Siderskii and Sergei Eryomin. I also used to study dramatic art and contemporary dance at the school of Nancy Tuñón and Jordi Oliver. And the degree that I obtained at the Aerospace University of my hometown, Samara (Russia), before moving to Barcelona, means an essential help to approach the study of Yoga with a scientific perspective.
Right now I am part of the Loft28 Yoga Studio team and at the same time, as an independent teacher, I teach individual classes and organize sessions for small groups.
The power of the human body has always been my great source of inspiration both in general and when designing my classes. I try to motivate my students to develop their capacities beyond their usual state and treat themselves with the perspective of self love and no harm.
Each one has their own unique path; both in Yoga and in other life aspects. My goal has always been to help people discover the healthiest and happiest side of this path, incorporating Yoga into their day to day.
